Continental Airlines passenger found guilty of sexual assault

A New Jersey man has been found guilty of sexual assault for fondeling a female passenger on a Continental Airlines flight in May of 2010.
The overnight flight was headed from Hong Kong to Newark. According to prosecutors, the female passenger in the seat next to the man was sleeping when he reached under her blanket and assaulted her. The flight crew was alerted to the situation, and the man was detained upon landing.
The assaulter was sentenced to one year and prison and must pay a $10,000 fine. He must also serve five years of supervised release after his year sentence.
